Delivery Information

• Standard Delivery: €1.00 — Free on orders over €50. Delivered within 5–7 working days.

• Express Delivery: €8.99 — Delivered within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 3:30 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 3:30 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday. Please note that hazardous goods such as aerosols and perfumes cannot be delivered via Express.

Returns & Refunds

Lookfantastic offers a straightforward returns process. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return products within 30 days for a full refund. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
